Leads HFJ and sets its strategic direction. He is responsible for developing all three areas — IT services, international trade and strategic partnerships — and for long-term relationships with key partners.

HR Manager
Takes care of the people at HFJ — recruitment, developing the team and our associates, and helping new colleagues settle in. She looks after a company culture built on long-term relationships.
Josué Zavaleta
Regional Director, South America
Represents HFJ in South America. He seeks out and develops business opportunities in the region, connects local companies with partners from our portfolio and is their first point of contact on the ground. He brings experience in financial and commercial management in transport and international logistics.
